How long will it take to receive my order?

Except during peak seasons, we usually need 1-2 business days to process your order.

  • Asia: 5-10 business days
  • U.S. and North America: 10-15 business days
  • Europe: 10-12 business days
  • South America, Australia, and New Zealand: 10-15 business days
  • Ukraine, Russia, and other countries: 10-20 business days

For items with batteries or devices that contain batteries, shipping may take longer, around 10-15 days.

We support orders from the following countries and regions:

Orders from all regions will receive delivery services. All orders will be shipped from China to countries including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Russia, Indonesia, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Brazil, Chile, Cambodia, Israel, Vietnam, New Zealand, Mexico, Turkey, and many others worldwide.

Once goods incur tariffs or require customs clearance, the customer will be responsible for paying customs fees and assisting with the clearance process. We can provide technical support, and the customer will need to pay the applicable import taxes.


If your order shows as delivered, but you have not received it

If your tracking number indicates that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps:

  1. Check with family members: Ask other household members if they signed for the package.
  2. Report the missing package: If the package is still missing, immediately contact the transportation company to report the loss. Provide the order certificate and tracking code to confirm the package is lost so that the company can investigate.
  3. Contact us: If you cannot get a response from the carrier, please email us at poseidontattoos@hotmail.com.
  4. File for compensation: If the carrier does not respond, you may directly file for compensation with them.

Important: POSEIDON TATTOO SUPPLY is not responsible for stolen goods or for situations where customers fail to sign for deliveries in time. Please ensure you sign for your package as soon as it arrives. If the package is lost, contact us immediately. Investigations can take up to 30 days, as we will need to verify with the carrier and provide proof for their investigation. Once you have the tracking number, please monitor the logistics updates to ensure you receive your package smoothly.

Due to long transportation times, there may be unavoidable delays caused by uncontrollable circumstances such as severe weather conditions, catastrophic events, or the impact of the current pandemic. These factors may cause unexpected delays in delivery. We hope you understand the challenges caused by these uncontrollable elements, and we will keep in contact with you regarding any updates.

Please note that some carriers may not communicate directly by phone, and will either deliver the package to your door or mailbox. If the package is not signed for, it may be left at your local post office. In this case, you will need to either confirm by phone or go directly to pick it up.
