RETURN & REFUND POLICY

PLEASE NOTE

Customers should be aware that international imports may require some materials for customs clearance in certain countries.
If the goods are returned due to the customer’s failure to cooperate with customs clearance, any resulting loss of shipping costs will be borne by the consumer. We can provide a full consumption list and the required certificates for the product. Please contact us if the customs require it.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer will be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee will depend on the express company you choose. If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our mistake, the consumer will not be required to bear the shipping fee. No restocking fee will be charged to the consumer for returning a product.


HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Simply email us at poseidontattoos@hotmail.com with the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Item to return
  • Item condition
  • Reason for return

We will get back to you within 24 business hours. We are closed on Sundays.
If you wish to return the goods, please contact us before returning. Do not return the goods directly to avoid loss. Once you have emailed us and all return requirements are met, you will receive a return authorization.


TATTOO MACHINE RETURN POLICY

Due to cross-contamination issues and the fact that all POSEIDON TATTOO machines are custom-built to order, we do not accept returns on tattoo machines. All machine sales are final. However, we do guarantee all of our machines.

  • Spare Parts—ONE Year

If you experience any issues with a POSEIDON TATTOO machine, please contact us at poseidontattoos@hotmail.com. We will work with you to troubleshoot and fix any problems.
We will also assist with setting up your machine and accessories should you have any questions or concerns about your purchase.

How and why do I lose the warranty?

If your device is damaged due to negligence or is opened by unauthorized persons, the warranty will be voided.

No returns are accepted on ink or tattoo needles.

REFUND

If you apply for a refund request, the money will be returned to your account within 7-15 days after we agree to the refund.
If the package is returned due to customs clearance issues, we will refund the product value once we receive the package.
If customs charges us a tax fee because you cannot import the products, the refund will be deducted by the tax fee.


CHANGE OF PRODUCTS

If the issue is related to product quality, we will bear the shipping fee. Otherwise, the shipping cost will be charged to the buyer.
